Kara O'Donnell is a Nutritional Therapist qualified in personalised nutrition & functional medicine. Kara is passionate about helping people to create their own wellness every day. After her own struggles with IBS, panic attacks, adrenal fatigue & Lyme disease she is passionate about sharing her education & experience to help others recover their health.

Kara has a down to earth teaching approach, keeping things really easy to follow and making health changes really doable and sustainable.

Kara is mum to three teens & has been running her own nutrition practice in Midleton in Cork and online since 2018. She does one-to-ones, courses, workshops & food demos, weekends wellness retreats, trips to the Camino, corporate events and healthy school workshops.
